Funeral Celebrancy

When I initially created this site in 2024 I was interested in being a Funeral Celebrant, but now, in June 2026 it’s not my focus.
I want to focus on my passions, which are music and the community space of The Queer As Death Collective https://www.instagram.com/queer.as.death/

Here are some fabulous celebrants I’d recommend if you need help and guidance to organising a funeral.
Hini Hanara, for instance is a First Nations, non-binary self-described ‘Death Daddy’ who has extensive experience working in Funeral Homes and as a community organiser.

Joh Nyx of https://www.nyxfunerals.com.au/ has the type of understanding of grief and care that comes from having death thrust apon them in their family. It’s this innate understanding of loss which makes Joh such a great source of wisdom.
